PUNE: Telangana’s Esha Singh kept India among the medals as she clinched gold in junior women’s 25m pistol event at the ISSF World Championships in Cairo on Saturday.
Esha, 17, became the junior world champion, while Shiva Narwal, 16, shooting in men’s 10m air pistol event, missed out on a medal and a quota place for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

She then shot 11 in the ranking round to be placed 2nd and marched ahead for the medal round.
