Poland won’t play a World Cup qualifying soccer match in opposition to Russia subsequent month due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the president of Poland’s Soccer Affiliation, Cezary Kulesza, stated on Saturday (February 25).

Kulesza stated the affiliation was in talks with its Swedish and Czech counterparts concerning playoff matches set for March to fill a slot for the World Cup.
