Will Uddhav Thackeray not get a chance to address Shiv Sena’s annual rally to be held on Dussehra at Shivaji Park? Due to the kind of situation that is arising in the state and no approval has been received from the BMC till now, similar speculations have started. Meanwhile, Union Minister Ramdas Athawale has also given stinging advice to Uddhav Thackeray. Athawale, who arrived in Mumbai in a private program, said that the real Shiv Sena belongs to Eknath Shinde. That’s why they should be allowed to rally. Not only this, he said that Uddhav Thackeray should hold a rally somewhere else instead of Shivaji Park.
Athawale said Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has a two-thirds majority. So Mumbai Municipal Corporation should allow them to organize Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park. He said that the real Shiv Sena belongs to Eknath Shinde. They have 2/3 majority. There is a lot of support from the workers. So the real Shiv Sena should take permission of Dussehra meeting. Union Minister Ramdas Athawale said that the Municipal Corporation should allow only Eknath Shinde in Shivaji Park. He said that if MNS workers want to hold a rally, they should also hold a meeting. Everyone has the right to unite and hold rallies.
Full power to get majority in BMC
Athawale said that our meeting is in Nagpur or else we too would have gathered. Apart from this, Ramdas Athawale also reacted to the meeting of BJP leaders with Raj Thackeray. He said that the health of Raj Thackeray was not good. So there is no problem in meeting him. He said that there is no need to link it with the Mumbai civic polls. Athawale said the BJP, RPI and Shinde groups are united. He also said that our alliance will be successful in winning the BMC elections. He said that in the last election of Mumbai Municipal Corporation, there was an alliance between BJP and RPI and we won 82 seats. Now there is no problem in winning more than 114 seats for majority.
If Raj Thackeray is taken, he will not be able to get these votes.
Apart from this, he also warned that BJP may lose if Raj Thackeray is taken along. The Union Minister said that bringing together Raj Thackeray will not get the votes of North Indian, Gujarati and Southern voters. This will cause damage. So there is no need to bring Raj Thackeray along. RPI is firmly behind BJP. Union Minister Ramdas Athawale said that we are able to bring Dalit votes and Buddhist votes in favor.
