Vivah Panchami 2022 Date: The marriage of Lord Shri Ram and Mata Sita took place on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha of the month of Marshish. This Panchami Tithi is falling on 28 November 2022. Since Treta Yuga, this day is celebrated as the marriage festival of Lord Shri Ram and Mother Sita. This date is known as Vivah Panchami in Sanatan tradition and Hindi Panchang. 2- On the day of Vivah Panchami, it is auspicious to recite the marriage context of Lord Ram and Mother Sita in the Balkand of Shri Ramcharit Manas. Getting married on this day on the day of Lord Rama and Mother Sita is blessed with good fortune and the life of the bride and groom becomes happy.
3- In Mithila and Nepal, Vivah Panchami is celebrated with pomp as Sita-Ram marriage day. Many people here refrain from marrying their daughter on this day. It is believed that Mother Sita had to bear various kinds of hardships throughout her life due to marriage on Vivaha Panchami Tithi.
